Our initial assessment is a face to face no-obligation consultation of 20 minutes to an hour.
During that consultation you can expect us to identify at least one area where specific measurably value can be added.
If we are unable to do that we will not waste any more of your time.
However our expectation and experience means we expect to demonstrate how you can increase the value of your business by thousands often tens of thousands at your point of exit.

What happens next?
That very much depends on the outcome of the initial consultation.
For some of you – that initial consultation will tell you all you need to know and you will be able to use that information to add significant value with no further help from us.
However this result is relatively rare.
Every business, its owners and their needs are all different, sometimes similar, but never the same. So you should not be surprised that the results of our assessments are wide and varied but only one or two will be appropriate for you and your needs.
At the end of the initial consultation your advisor will be able to tell you the next appropriate steps.

What does “taking it further” cost?
Our fees start at $750 for a quantitative assessment of your business, its documentation, governance, your market, competition, team, operations, finance and ownership …… Your resulting 8-12 page Exit Ready Assessment covers 12 significant areas of crucial interest to any potential new owner. You will need to set aside around an hour for the primary assessment plus sufficient time for an advisor to tour your business and get a feel for your business, its history and position in the marketplace etc. The advisor will also need to discuss your particular needs, what are you hoping to achieve, by when etc.

Your results will take around 5-7 days to produce. Once you have had a chance to assess your report and we have answered all your questions we can look at the next step.
The next step is Planning which often includes specific investigation of a businesses processes.
The detail, benefits and expected added value will be discussed with you in advance to ensure they meet your current needs
